Hands down the best hotel experience I have had. We stayed in the suite, and it is BEAUTIFUL and just an all around pleasent experience. It has a nice coffee maker, a nice fridge freezer, comfy chairs, comfy bed, and of course the Jacuzzi tub which was nice. There's a nice coffee set up, too, and the place is beautiful and charming besides. We were only coming this way by chance and I am very glad we booked a stay here. -
We stayed here while attending the UW Platteville Homecoming Game. The Fenway House Hotel was less than half the price of the hotels in Platteville, and only about a 30-minute scenic drive to campus—we even saw several Amish buggies along the way. Check-in was refreshingly simple. The day before arrival, we received an email with our room number and door code. When we arrived, the room door was open and ready. I stayed at the Fenway House Hotel for a fly-fishing trip that I was in town for. The manager/owner was extremely kind, communicative, and professional. They were also very flexible and understanding after I had a change of plans at the last minute. The room was clean and ready for my arrival. The building itself (and rooms) are historic and offer a lot to admire. The location is convenient with cafes and restaurants nearby.

Nice hotel, reasonably priced. If you appreciate thoughtful decor that resembles an old hotel, this place is for you. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Our room had a nice two person jacuzzi tub and queen bed. The bed was soft for us, but comfortable. If you're in Fennimore for the night, this is the place to stay. Easy walking distance to restaurants, bars. And a great ice cream shop!
