What a great old building! I felt like I stepped into yesteryear. My room was very comfortable and clean. It's obvious that all updates have been meticulously made to keep this hotel current. Yet still maintains old world charm. I would stay here again.

Unique hotel. Early 1900s building and decor. Really liked it. Would recommend to people looking for an interesting place to stay.

We had the opportunity to stay in room 101 for a 1 night stay. Room was lovely. The owner Sue was very pleasant and knowledgeable, she gave us a tour of the historic building.

Hands down the best hotel experience I have had. We stayed in the suite, and it is BEAUTIFUL and just an all around pleasent experience. It has a nice coffee maker, a nice fridge freezer, comfy chairs, comfy bed, and of course the Jacuzzi tub which was nice. There's a nice coffee set up, too, and the place is beautiful and charming besides. We were only coming this way by chance and I am very glad we booked a stay here.

Not sure why this hotel is a 2 star because I would give it 5 star. Clean, accommodating, taken care of for the age of the hotel. Will be back if we ever come back to WI.
